Overview
The Gemini UHF-4200HL: Dual 100-Channel UHF Wireless System is designed for live sound reinforcement applications such as for DJs, presenters, fitness instructors, and houses of worship. The system consists of a dual-channel UHF wireless receiver and two wireless beltpack transmitters with headset/lavalier microphones. The system allows you to transmit on 100 different UHF transmission channels and has a range of 250'. You can set your transmission frequency manually or let the system do it automatically.
To prevent phasing problems, the system utilizes a specialized phase locked loop circuit. The front panel of the receiver features rotary volume control, buttons for group selection, channel selection, transmitter sync, and LED indicators for transmission channel, RF, and AF signal strength. The back of the unit features balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4" outputs to make it easy to connect to different mixers and signal processors.
This system comes included with two wireless beltpack transmitters with headset/lavalier microphones. Up to eight microphones can be connected within the transmission frequency band using multiple receivers. Each headset/lavalier microphone is built with a cardioid pickup pattern condenser element and utilizes foam inserts to minimize ambient noise and popping. Each includes a power on/off switch and will run for up to 8 hours on two AA batteries.
