Overview
The new Ovation Ultra Series were created as a real singer-songwriter guitar that lies comfortably close to the body, but can still deliver enough volume for a convincing, purely acoustic sound.
Following in the path of Ovation’s well respected place in history, the acoustic/electric sound, two new components come into play: the newly developed K-21CT preamp with a 2-band tone control and chromatic tuner, as well as the newly developed OCP-2000 pickup, which packs an immense punch with newly designed components. The basic sound of the preamp is designed in such a way that the guitar, in combination with other instruments, cuts through the mix with clearly defined midrange and creates its own niche within the drums, bass, and high-end frequencies. Whether strumming or fingerpicking, strikingly impressive string separation enables clearly defined individual chords as well as single notes.
With treble and bass controls, adjusting the sound signal to your own equipment and local conditions is simple and can be varied for most all musical styles. With the newly developed OCP-2000, the output gain is dramatically increased through improved construction designs, a more precise placement of the piezo elements, as well as a new composite saddle material with increased glass content which reduces wear and grants better vibration transmission to the piezo elements. This gain in volume allows the preamplifier to be driven at a lower amplitude, which in turn reduces the noise level, enables a crystal-clear sound image, and reduces feedback thresholds.
All Ultra guitars are equipped with a thermo-treated A-grade spruce top of German origin. The woods used are FSC certified and come from sustainable cultivation. Thermal treatment simulates 15 years in the change of seasons. The resins in the wood partially evaporate, thus creating a mature sound. The treatment also reduces the absorption and release of moisture in the wood, so the top reacts less to the fluctuations in humidity during the change of seasons.
Ultra guitars are finished with environmentally friendly UV lacquer. This material contains a mere 4-5% reducing agent and can be applied in a thickness of just 6-7 microns, which is optimal for the sound of the guitar in combination with the thermal treated soundboard.
All Ultra guitars come equipped with a durable 20mm padded soft case.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@sweetheartdeals.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
